Param Puneet Cooperative Group Housing Society was established by its members and registered with the Registrar of Societies, Delhi, on December 30, 1983, under Registration No. 1197 G/H. After securing land allotment from the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), the members collaboratively developed a housing complex consisting of two towers, each with ground plus seven stories.
