The various facilities and amenities provided contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our residents :-

• Solar Systems: To promote energy efficiency and reduce reliance on the grid, solar systems have been installed on the premises. These systems contribute to the power consumption of the society, supplementing the supply provided by BSES.
  
  
• Generator Set (Genset): To ensure a reliable power supply, the society has installed a generator set (Genset) for backup power. This ensures uninterrupted power supply in case of grid failures or power outages
  
  
• Community Hall: A community hall serves as a gathering space for residents to organize social events, meetings, and celebrations.
  
  
• CCTV and EPABX Systems: For security and communication purposes, the society has implemented a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system and an electronic private automatic branch exchange (EPABX) system.
  
  
• Lifts: Four lifts have been installed in the building complex, providing convenient access to all floors for residents.
